I would like to begin by thanking Fitbook for this initiative! I had become really heavy and it had become very hard to play with the kids. I could only play for a short while without taking a break and I was constantly sweating. My wife told me about the Fitbook transformation challenge and I signed up right away. Since I signed up, I have been to the gym six times a week on average and changed my diet. We removed all unhealthy foods from the house and bought only healthy alternatives. As a result, the whole family started to eat healthier. During the transformation challenge I dropped down to 94 kg. Later in the challenge, I felt like I was burning muscle so I changed my workout plan and added 5 kgs of muscle during the last four weeks. Now I feel awesome and I look forward to taking the kids swimming, while 12 weeks ago I avoided the pools. Fitbook is a great website for people who want to live a healthier lifestyle. During the transformation challenge, I used many different workout programs; both fat burning plans and muscle building plans.
